What's really happening in the Middle East?
The Middle East situation seems to have galvanised and polarised both interest and emotion across the world.
But - as it is so accurately said, the first casualty in any conflict is always the truth.
So what has really happened to cause such a disaster, and what is the real situation and background that has caused this conflict?
Below are some links to some of the more creditable assessments of the current situation, those which consider the current crisis with cool heads and rational, logical thinking and who are not allowing themselves to be trapped into believing the abundance of false propeganda out there that is being used to trap and deceive those who are foolish enough to accept it without first fully checking it out for themselves.

Truely the war that we didn't have to have.
And an all-too-familiar reminder of what can happen when evil people weasel their way into positions of influence and power. For us, the lesson is to be so careful as to whom we vote for. The smooth talker who stands at the podium and attempts to woo the elector into offering their vote may well also be the one who will lead you to total destruction.
The Russians are certainly realising that now, sadly over the shed blood of hundreds of thousands of their own, as well as a similar number of Ukrainians. Even sadder, this is not by any means the first time that this has happened. And the Russian government still continues to defend its actions through propeganda and lies.
Never forget this as you select your 'leaders'. Such people may well be the ones who will lead you down the path to destruction.
